Job Summary:
The Project Engineer is responsible for assisting the Construction Supervisor with the technical execution of the assigned project, ensuring work in the field is built accurately to the plans and specifications, utilizing superior technical and organizational skills. The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Team and Subcontractors to coordinate drawings, verify field conditions, and maintain project information in Procore.

The Project Engineer works closely with the Project Team and Subcontractors to coordinate drawings, verify field conditions, and maintain project information in Procore.
Major Job Responsibilities:
- Assists Construction Supervisor with field layout.
- Checks field dimensions against plans and specifications and alerts Project Team as well as Construction Supervisor to potential discrepancies.
- Reviews shop drawings for conformance with design documents.
- Performs take-offs.
- Creates coordinated drawings to assist the Project Team and Subcontractors with construction.
- Assists with plan management, submittals and RFI's in Procore.
- Corresponds regularly with Subcontractors, Architects and Design team to resolve field and drawing coordination issues.
- Complete online training and refresher courses as needed.
- Attend Company level meetings as requested.
- Assist with site supervision if needed.
- Project reassignment as needed for coverage.
- Minimum of 4-year college degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working as an Engineer or Architect.
- Technical skills to include: AutoCAD, Revit, Procore.
- Ability to work in person 5 days per week on the job site in Westchester County, NY.
